Litewave Media teamed up with Ideal Image this past week to produce a series of training videos for their national sales centers in an effort to better serve customers. The training videos were shot on three cyc wall sets at WEDU studios. The shoot lasted three days and we are now entering the editing phase of production.

We went out to cover the Derek Jeter Golf Classic at Avila Golf Resort in Tampa, Fl for Golf Magazine. Jeter’s Golf Classic is a celebrity fundraiser with proceeds going to his Turn 2 Foundation, which funds programs aimed at keeping kids off drugs and alcohol.
We interviewed Jeter and got to meet Michael Jordan, Kevin Connolly [HBO's Entourage], Warren Sapp, and other celebrities as well.

We recently worked with Sanity Films and participated in the National Film Challenge. The short film production was written, shot, edited, and put on a DVD in 72 hours. We place in the top 10 out of 170 films around the world. The film was directed by John Jones, one of the producers of Litewave Media’s feature film Jules Dongu Saves the World. Thanks to our amazing team who helped make our film possible! We pulled “musical” as our genre for the contest this year. We had so many talented cast & crew that made it possible! Our awards included: best choreography, best director, best musical score, best use of dialogue, and the coveted audience choice award! We also were nominated for best film of 2009 in Tampa. Go team! The past two weekends we had great weather to film out on the beach for our deserted island scenes. Shot right in Tampa Bay off of the Gandy Bridge. Thanks to our amazing cast and video production crew!

Litewave Media began work editing a feature film shot entirely in Florida in April of 2009 and by the 2nd week in May (after many sleepless nights) the entire film had been edited. The 90 minute film titled, “Paradise Lost” is an action-based film with car chases and excitement abound. Litewave Media’s two editors and post script supervisor tackled the job together. The film premiered on May 15th 2009 in Sarasota, FL.
